How to Grill Chicken Kabobs on the Grill
If you’re using wood skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 15 minutes prior to threading to prevent burning. For the most flavorful kabobs, marinate your chicken and veggies for at least an hour. Once prepped, these skewers take less than ten minutes to cook! You can replicate this recipe with the grilling sauce of your choice, or even with a dressing/marinade to swap in flavor and explore new tastes.

These Grilled Chicken Kabobs are a perennial favorite with savory, juicy chicken meets bright, crispy veggies on a skewer: these grab-and-go Kabobs are made for mingling. Marinate the chicken with your favorite sauce for succulent flavor that keeps chicken moist and locks in the bold flavor of the bell peppers.
Ingredients
3 bell peppers (one red, one green, one yellow)
½ red onion
1 chicken breast (about 8oz)
-
1 cup Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce to marinate
-
Avocado Oil Spray
2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce to brush on during cooking
Directions
Cut the chicken breast, peppers, and onion into cubes.
In a resealable bowl, airtight container, or large mason jar, combine the ingredients with a cup of your sauce of choice. Allow the ingredients to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Drain and dispose of the excess sauce, and thread the marinated ingredients onto skewers.
Spray the grilling grate with Avocado Oil Spray.
Place the skewers onto the grill and grill for 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken begins to brown.
While grilling, continue to brush on sauce for extra flavor. Enjoy!
