Baked Chicken Thighs with Ranch Dressing

Often overlooked in favor of extra-lean chicken breast or fun drumsticks, chicken thighs can actually be one of the most flavorful parts of the bird. Plus, chicken thighs are often less expensive than other premium cuts, making them the ideal choice for a big family dinner, prepping weekly lunches, or holiday meals.  

In this easy recipe, baked chicken thighs get a glow-up with the addition of our creamy, cool, no-dairy Ranch Dressing. With a dreamy formula lightly flavored with herbs, this delicious dressing & marinade cooks up into a creamy sauce that gives the chicken skin an extra boost of flavor and crispness. Pair it with herbed new potatoes, crispy air-fryer Brussels sprouts, or cauliflower rice for a hearty, family-friendly meal.
