Whether you're joining a few friends for dinner at their place or hosting the whole team for a game-day tailgate party at home, a creamy dip is a surefire way to please a crowd.
This delicious bacon dip combines all the familiar flavors of loaded baked potato toppings with a blend of savory seasonings for a creamy, cozy spread that begs to be dolloped on pita chips or slathered on broccoli florets. Instead of the usual cream cheese, which can leave your dip so thick your chips literally crack under the pressure, we opted for our creamy Primal Kitchen Mayo made with avocado oil in this bacon dip recipe. The result is a dreamy, decadent dunking sauce that easily glides onto crackers, kettle crisps, veggies, and any other dippers you choose without you breaking a sweat—or a chip.

Made with crispy pork crumbles, cheese, and our savory secret ingredient, this party-ready dip comes together with simple ingredients and big flavor. Serve with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, or even steak fries!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, divided
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced and divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beefsteak or cherry tomatoes, diced
Veggies, tortilla chips, pita chips, toasted baguette slices, and/or crackers
For dipping:
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese, 1/4 cup bacon, 1/4 cup green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
Top with tomatoes, remaining 1/4 cup green onions, and remaining 1/4 cup crumbled bacon. Serve with crackers, veggies, or other desired dippers.
