One of our faves is the mint-flavored shake at a certain national burger chain that typically arrives in March, alongside leprechauns and copious drink specials, and departs as quickly as a rainbow after a storm.

Whether you're looking for a tasty alternative with ingredients you know and love, or you just want to get sham-rockin' with a mint collagen smoothie throughout the rest of the year, this quick and easy dairy-free drink gives you all the St. Patrick's Day feels. We used fresh spinach to achieve that signature green hue (shh.... don't tell the kiddos!), but you won't even taste it with the addition of our delicious Vanilla Coconut Collagen and fresh mint.
