This TikTok trend uses the cobalt algae to create a gorgeous swirl inside of a vanilla coconut smoothie, resulting in a fluffy, cloud-like beverage that tastes like a tropical vacation and resembles the California skies on a beautiful summer day.

We combined coconut cream with blue spirulina, frozen fruit, almond butter, and our Vanilla Coconut Collagen powder in a BlendJet to create this rich, indulgent take on a viral trend. It's super simple to make, totally Instagrammable, and feels just like a cloud on your tongue.

Ingredients

1 frozen Banana
4 oz. frozen Avocado chunks
8 oz. frozen Pineapple chunks
1 Tbsp. Almond butter
1 packet (or scoop) Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel
2 tsp. Blue spirulina powder, divided in half
1 cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup Coconut cream

Directions

Place banana, avocado, pineapple, almond butter, Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen, and 1 tsp. blue spirulina in your BlendJet 2.
Pour in coconut milk. Blend until fully combined.
In another glass, pour in coconut cream. Add 1 tsp. of blue spirulina.
Slowly pour the blended fruit and collagen mixture on top.
Lightly stir with a tall spoon or metal straw to create the “cloud” look. Sip and enjoy!
