Classic Hamburger with Ketchup
February 21, 2023
Some things never go out of style, like this easy hamburger recipe you can enjoy year-round. This Primal Kitchen take on the classic hamburger is made just how you like it, with simple ingredients and crowned with a dollop of your favorite Primal Kitchen ketchup.
We recommend using 85-95% lean ground beef to make your classic burger, but you could use any ground meat of your choice, from turkey or lamb to bison or ostrich. Refrigerate beef patties before grilling to prevent the burgers from falling apart while on the grill. The result will be a juicy, picnic-ready burger that holds its shape on the bun.
