Air Fryer Tater Tots

Crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, these homemade air fryer tater tots are the perfect morning snack or summer side dish. Serve with Primal Kitchen Squeeze Ketchup, and you have an instant classic the kids (and grown ups!) will love. Serve alongside paleo chicken tenders or homemade fish sticks.

Ingredients
4 potatoes
-
1 tbsp of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
2 tbsp of Cassava Flour
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp of smoked paprika
2 tbsp of Primal Kitchen Squeeze Ketchup
Directions
Skin potatoes and parboil in a large pot for 7-10 minutes
Remove potatoes from water and grate with cheese grater into a large bowl
Add avocado oil, cassava flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika to bowl
Mix well until potatoes are evenly covered with spice blend
Rub a little avocado oil onto hands and form potato mixture into tater tots by hand
Air Fry for 15 minutes at 400
Continue until all tater tots are crispy
Dip tots in ketchup or squeeze ketchup on top and enjoy!

For fewer tater tots, split the recipe in half. 2 medium potatoes make about 25 tater tots.

How long to cook tater tots in the air fryer?
We recommend frying the tots for 15-20 minutes for a nice and crispy finish. If you're using pre-made frozen tater tots, follow the directions on the back of the bag. If there are no directions, fry for 15 minutes at 400, then flip and fry for another 15 minutes.
