ABOUT JESSI HEGGAN

Jessi Heggan grew up spending time in the kitchen, and loved creating new and fun foods for friends and family. At age 24, Jessi was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and turned to her kitchen for healing. In the process, she began incorporating new cooking styles into her repertoire, and became an expert in nutrient-dense, flavorful food. Jessi is passionate about helping people learn to cook and enjoy clean recipes as much as she does. Her beautiful blog, Jessi’s Kitchen, has grown into an incredible platform brimming with delicious meals, real food desserts, and elegant food photography.
