TUNA SALAD BOATS WITH PRIMAL KITCHEN® MAYO
- 12 leaves butter lettuce
- 2 cans Safe Catch tuna (10 oz total)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen® Classic Mayo
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Mustard (optional)
- In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, tomatoes, bell peppers, Primal Kitchen® Classic Mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Add about 1/4 cup tuna salad mix into each lettuce boat.
- Serve with a dollop of mustard on top for an extra kick of flavor.
