TUNA SALAD BOATS WITH PRIMAL KITCHEN® MAYO

Ingredients

  • 12 leaves butter lettuce
  • 2 cans Safe Catch tuna (10 oz total)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen® Classic Mayo
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Mustard (optional)

 

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, tomatoes, bell peppers, Primal Kitchen® Classic Mayo, salt, and pepper.
  • Add about 1/4 cup tuna salad mix into each lettuce boat.
  • Serve with a dollop of mustard on top for an extra kick of flavor.
  • Enjoy!
