This super simple 6-ingredient marinade is packed with garlicky flavor thanks to Primal Kitchen's Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce. Grilling gives the chicken that hint of smoke and char that sends it over the top. Serve over a salad or grain bowl, in a wrap or sandwich, or with a side of veggies.

Ingredients

½ cup Primal Kitchen Pure Avocado Oil

3 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce + more for serving
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat the chicken with the marinade.
Place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate 30-45 minutes (or overnight if you prefer).
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. When hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes on the first side, until the chicken releases easily from the grate.
Flip and cook another 6-8 minutes on the second side or until the internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest a few minutes.
Serve with more Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
