Ingredients
2 sheets frozen puff pastry
1 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
-
1¼ cup Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce, plus more for serving
-
½ cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing, plus more for serving
2 cup shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unfold puff pastry sheets on cutting board. Cut into 12 equal squares. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth. Add chicken and stir until combined.
Top each puff pastry square with ¼ cup of the filling. Spread it out evenly in the center, leaving about ½ inch of pastry exposed around the edges. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to a serving plate.
Garnish with green onions and optionally drizzle with additional buffalo sauce and/or ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
