Savory pulled pork plus the sweet heat of Primal Kitchen Organic Hot Honey Mustard is an epic combo. Make this easy pulled pork in the slow cooker, then serve it on sandwich or slider buns for an easy dinner, potluck dish, or tailgate appetizer. Drizzle with plenty of hot honey mustard for extra flavor. Pairs well with cabbage slaw.

Ingredients
-
½ cup Primal Kitchen® Organic Hot Honey Mustard, plus more for serving
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup chicken broth or water
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
3-4 lb boneless pork shoulder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
12 buns or 24 bread rolls (gluten-free optional)
Directions
Combine hot honey mustard, vinegar, broth, paprika, and salt in the slow cooker. Whisk to blend.
Add pork, turning to coat in the sauce. Toss in the garlic.
Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5, until the pork falls apart. (See Recipe Notes for pressure cooker instructions.)
Shred the pork in the juices and toss to coat.
Use tongs to remove the meat from the liquid and portion onto the buns or rolls. Drizzle with additional hot honey mustard and serve warm. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Time saving tips:
- Cut the pork roast into large chunks instead of leaving whole.
- Use an Instant Pot instead of a slow cooker. Follow steps 1 and 2 above. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 75-90 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10–15 minutes, then open, shred pork, and serve.
