Refund policy

Here at Primal Nutrition, LLC we are passionate and dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality products available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or have a less than satisfactory experience, please contact our customer service specialists within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We only guarantee refunds for purchases made through primalblueprint.com or primalkitchen.com minus the initial shipping cost(s). We may be able to offer a replacement or store credit depending on your individual situation. Each refund/return is individually considered by our customer service specialists. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In some cases, an RMA# will be issued for a return. Please contact our customer service specialists prior to sending any product back for a refund, replacement, or exchange:

To return a product please send the product along with a copy of your invoice and RMA# (if applicable) to:

After your return is received we will begin to process your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.
