Hoagie dip, aka grinder dip, takes everything you love about Italian sub sandwiches—namely the fillings—and turns it into a savory, creamy, shareable, totally craveable dip. Serve it up with a variety of crunchy veggies, crostini, or chips.

Ingredients
2 ounces hard salami, diced
2 ounces sliced pepperoni, halved or quartered
2 ounces thick-cut deli ham, diced
2 ounces provolone cheese, diced
2 ounces Swiss cheese, diced
½ small red onion, finely diced
1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
¼ cup banana peppers or peperoncini, chopped
1¼ cups shredded iceberg lettuce

½ cup Primal Kitchen Thousand Island Dressing
1 tablespoon brine from banana pepper or peperoncini jar
Baby carrots or carrot chips
- Celery sticks
Mini bell peppers, halved, seeds removed
Cucumber slices
Endive leaves, separated
- Tortilla chips
Pretzel sticks
- Crostini

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the salami, pepperoni, ham, both cheeses, onion, tomato, banana peppers, and lettuce. Toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Thousand Island Dressing and brine. Pour over the meat mixture and toss to coat well. If you prefer more dressing, add more Thousand Island and toss again.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with a variety of sides, or cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
