Where are all the tomato girlies at? Probably lounging on a sunshine-soaked patio, sunnies and wide-brim summer hat on; a drink in one hand and a fancy plate of this delectable toast in the other. With juicy beefsteak tomatoes in season, we jumped on this fresh viral trend to create an easy recipe that you can make with just a few pantry staples and simple ingredients you have on hand. 

Ripe, juicy tomato slices are the star, but the supporting players are just as important. A drizzle of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil provides a buttery start, while our Mayo made with Avocado Oil has the doubly delicious effect of protecting the crisp toast from the juices while also adding a luxurious mouthfeel that elevates the acidic tomato. Whether you’re harvesting the ripe red fruits (yes, fruits—not veggies) fresh from your garden or you’re toting organic heirloom varieties home from your local farmers’ market, this recipe is the kind of easy, breezy dish that makes you feel like you’re on a Mediterranean vacay.
