With juicy beefsteak tomatoes in season, we jumped on this fresh viral trend to create an easy recipe that you can make with just a few pantry staples and simple ingredients you have on hand.

Ingredients
- 2 slices artisan bread

2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil

Primal Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
- 4 large tomato slices
Fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
Directions
Cut tomato into ¼-inch thick slices. Chiffonade the basil by stacking leaves, rolling them, and cutting crosswise into thin ribbons.
- Drizzle bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Toast on medium setting until crisp and golden.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Primal Kitchen Mayo on each slice.
- Top each toast slice with 2 tomato slices. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
