Ingredients

• 2 Slices of Stale Bread

• 2 Tomatos

• 3 tbsp. of Pesto Mayo

• Chopped Green Onion

• 1 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Spread stale bread with Pesto Mayo.

2. Place the bread face down and griddle for about 3 minutes on medium-high heat, or until golden.

3. While the one side is griddling, spread the other side with more Pesto Mayo.

4. Smash tomatoes in a bowl, then spoon them on top of the griddle toasts.

5. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with flaky salt.

6. Top your toast with green onion and enjoy!
