Becky G Swirl-Chata Erewhon Smoothie (Copycat Recipe)

If you’re lucky enough to live near an Erewhon, you know just how delicious their smoothies are. This sweet-and-spicy collab between the gourmet grocery chain and singer Becky G blends (no pun intended) the creamy cinnamon rice flavor of traditional horchata with a host of purposeful ingredients including electrolytes, Chinese herbs and—wait for it—our delicious Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel®. As an added bonus, proceeds from the smoothie sales went to two charities chosen by Becky G, the Just Keep Livin' Foundation and Justice for Migrant Women.
If you missed out on the Becky G Swirl-Chata Smoothie or want to try it at home, our recipe is a pretty good dupe. A few of the original ingredients are hard to come by so we made a few swaps and left some ingredients out, keeping the mouthwatering rice pudding-like flavor and silky texture intact. So sip back, relax, and enjoy a taste of this creamy collab from the comfort of your couch.

Crafted with thoughtful ingredients like bananas, dates, almond milk, and our Vanilla Coconut Collagen, this refreshing horchata-inspired beverage is our take on Becky G’s Swirl-Chata Smoothie, a limited-time creation at Erewhon. With electrolytes and 11g of collagen for hair, skin & nail support, it’s a delicious addition to your morning bev routine.

Ingredients
Directions
Add all ingredients except caramel and coconut cream to a blender.
- Blend on medium until smooth and frothy.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and half of the coconut cream into the interior sides and bottom of a glass.
- Pour smoothie mixture into the glass. Top with remaining coconut cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Sip and enjoy!
