About Todd McCullough

Popeye Spinach Smoothie

Equipment
- Blender (Todd uses a Vitamix)
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel
- ~ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (enough to cover the blender blade)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 spoonful chia seeds
- 1 spoonful Greek yogurt
- 1 apple
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
