Health Coach Kelly LeVeque's Fab Four Smoothies

August 02, 2018

Kelly LeVeque's Fab Four Smoothies

Kelly LeVeque, certified holistic nutritionist, author of Body Love, and celebrity health coach, revealed that her go-to smoothie when she was pregnant was a Fab Four Smoothie made with Primal Kitchen® Collagen Fuel. Her customizable smoothie is composed of four essential components: protein, fat, fiber, and greens.

For busy and sometimes overwhelmed moms, it can be difficult to find the time and energy to meal prep and cook. The Fab Four Smoothie offers a solution by providing women with something simple and concrete they can commit to. Quick, easy, and adaptable to any diet, the Fab Four Smoothie is truly changing the way moms think about their own well being and diet.

Kelly explains that you can quickly whip up a balanced smoothie using collagen powder (Kelly recommends Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut or Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel), greens (like spinach, kale, or basil), fats (including things like avocado, avocado oil, coconut oil, or almond butter), carbs (blueberries, apples, raspberries, and other low-glycemic fruits), and a few superfood additions like flax, maca, or chia seed.

Kelly says: "I created the Fab Four Smoothie formula to help my clients learn how to build a [better] smoothie. This is very different from the many juice shops, grocery smoothie bars and smoothie recipes online, which can be loaded with sugar, specifically fructose sugar from excess fruit, agave, dates, and juice. For some new clients, I spare them the science and simply ask them to start every day with a Fab Four Smoothie."
