Health Coach Kelly LeVeque's Fab Four Smoothies

Kelly LeVeque, certified holistic nutritionist, author of Body Love, and celebrity health coach, revealed that her go-to smoothie when she was pregnant was a Fab Four Smoothie made with Primal Kitchen® Collagen Fuel. - 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful spinach

Fab Four Pineapple Green Dream Smoothie
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
