3 thin slices tomato and/or red onion

Directions
Savory pinwheel assembly:
Place the first wrap flat on a cutting board. Spread the wrap with a thin layer of mayo, not quite to the edge of the wrap
Add turkey slices in a single layer. Top with bacon, tomato and/or onion, and lettuce.
Starting with one end of the tortilla wrap, slowly roll the wrap up tightly. Spear the wrap with 6 toothpicks placed at equal distances. Cut in-between the toothpicks to form the pinwheel slices.
Sweet pinwheel assembly:
Repeat the process with the sweet wrap, spreading the granola or nut butter first, then the yogurt or cream cheese, then layering on the berries. Place toothpicks, cut, and serve!

Sandwiches are a lunch box staple, but sometimes kids want a little something different. These easy pinwheels are just the ticket, and they're every bit as as as making a typical sandwich. Simply tuck sweet or savory fillings into a wrap (we use grain-free tortillas), roll, and slice. Pinwheels are perfect for packing in a lunch bento box or serving alongside sliced fruit and veggies.
Plus, they’re endlessly customizable for the whole fam. Prefer plant-based? Sub in dairy-free cheese and plant-based bacon on the savory pinwheels recipe. Can’t have oats? Use your kiddo’s favorite nut butter or cookie butter in the sweet version. This easy recipe gives you free rein to put everyone’s favorite toppings into their personal pinwheels without a lot of extra prep.
