This recipe also makes it super easy to customize your smoothie bowl to your tastes. Want something thicker? This delicious smoothie bowl is made with plant-based ingredients and our Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel® for a cool, velvety indulgence that supports hair, skin, and nails. Start your day with this chocolatey treat or save it for a late-afternoon snack to keep your hanger at bay.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt

1 scoop Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel
- 1 frozen banana, halved
- 2 tsp. grain-free granola
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
Directions
Blend coconut milk, yogurt, Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel, and half the banana in a blender until smooth. Pour into a cereal bowl.
- Slice the remaining banana half and place the slices on top of your smoothie.
- Sprinkle with granola, and top with coconut curls or shreds. Serve and enjoy!
