Crafted with creamy, decadent, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing, our BLT Wedge is a delicious marriage of the quintessential deli sandwich and the traditional wedge salad. We kept the basics of both, including pan-fried bacon pieces, delicate iceberg leaves, and ripe cherry tomatoes that burst with natural sweetness as you bite in. Blue cheese can be polarizing—it’s either love it or hate it—so we replaced that pungent flavor with our creamy, tangy Ranch Dressing with avocado oil for a salad that's simultaneously smooth and refreshing.
BLT Wedge Salad

A delicious cross between the classic BLT sandwich and a wedge salad, this tasty take on a quintessential dinner salad is made with creamy, silky, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing. It's easy to make and goes from fridge to table in minutes!
Set oven to 400°F. Place bacon on a baking tray and bake until desired crispiness. Set aside to cool.
Chop the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop bacon into bits or small pieces.
Sprinkle bacon bits and tomato halves over iceberg wedges.
Top with Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing and enjoy.
