The best BLT sandwich is satisfying and snackable, yet somehow also fresh and light. Made with crunchy, salty bacon contrasted with juicy tomatoes and crisp lettuce, it’s a dish that never goes out of style. If you’re craving this classic sandwich but can’t have (or don’t want) the bread, give this refreshing summer salad a try.
Crafted with creamy, decadent, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing, our BLT Wedge is a delicious marriage of the quintessential deli sandwich and the traditional wedge salad. We kept the basics of both, including pan-fried bacon pieces, delicate iceberg leaves, and ripe cherry tomatoes that burst with natural sweetness as you bite in. Blue cheese can be polarizing—it’s either love it or hate it—so we replaced that pungent flavor with our creamy, tangy Ranch Dressing with avocado oil for a salad that's simultaneously smooth and refreshing.

A delicious cross between the classic BLT sandwich and a wedge salad, this tasty take on a quintessential dinner salad is made with creamy, silky, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing. It's easy to make and goes from fridge to table in minutes!
Ingredients
1 pound bacon, chopped (we used Pederson’s Farms)

4 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen® Ranch Dressing
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
Set oven to 400°F. Place bacon on a baking tray and bake until desired crispiness. Set aside to cool.
Chop the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop bacon into bits or small pieces.
Sprinkle bacon bits and tomato halves over iceberg wedges.
Top with Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing and enjoy.
