It seems a shame to waste a morsel of that delicious bird, especially if you took the time to flavor, roast, and baste it to perfection. Those hours spent over a hot stove ought to bring more than one day of satisfaction.
Enter these scrumptious Turkey Cranberry Sliders, the perfect endgame for your Turkey Day remnants. Made with leftover meat moistened with a savory combo of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo and Primal Kitchen Dijon Mustard, they perfectly capture that warm, wholesome feel of a holiday meal. Tucked into buttery Hawaiian rolls dusted with poppy seeds, these petite sammies make for a perfect party appetizer or light afternoon bite. Your guests will gobble them up in minutes!

Don't let your holiday leftovers go to waste! Made with Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo and Primal Kitchen Dijon Mustard, these scrumptious sliders feature Thanksgiving staples like turkey and cranberry sauce nestled in buttery Hawaiian rolls.
Primal Kitchen

Ingredients
Avocado oil spray
12 Hawaiian rolls
1 lb. leftover turkey
1 cup cranberry sauce
6 slices Swiss cheese
-
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
-
3 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
-
1.5 teaspoon Primal Kitchen Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a baking sheet with avocado oil spray.
Slice 12 Hawaiian rolls in half and set the top half aside. Leave the bottom half on the baking sheet.
Layer on leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese, and mayo before placing the top of the rolls back on.
In a separate bowl, mix together avocado oil, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Whisk together until combined. Brush the mixture over the top of the Hawaiian rolls.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. The rolls should easily separate, or you can use a knife to cut out each slider.
Recipe Note
Include leftover stuffing or a dollop of sweet potato mash for an extra flavor kick!
