Yes! Once opened, you can pour the sauce into a freezer-safe container to extend its shelf life.

Why do you use citric acid in the sauces and where is it sourced from?

Citric acid is used to lower the acidity of the sauces to help with stability on the shelf and once opened in the refrigerator. The citric acid processing is proprietary; however, we can confirm the final product does not contain any major allergens.

How long will my Primal Kitchen Pasta and Pizza Sauces last?

Each bottle has a Best If Used By date printed on it. After opening, please refrigerate and use within 5 days for the best quality.
