Inspired by a viral trend that marries an American classic with a Mexican staple, this undeniably tasty taco burger is our new favorite mashup. Burger, meet taco! This hot take on a viral trend blends the best of two fast-food worlds into one easy dish. What would make a taco burger with melted cheese even better? Top it with our "secret sauce" that combines three Primal Kitchen condiments into one delightful sauce that doubles as a savory dip for your fries.

Ingredients
1 pound of lean ground beef
4 white corn tortillas

1 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo

¼ cup Primal Kitchen Unsweetened Ketchup

¼ cup sweet relish

1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Spicy Brown Mustard

4 slices cheddar or American cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
8 bread and butter pickle slices
¼ cup onions, diced

Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F.
Combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a small bowl. Mix well to combine.
Press the beef into thin patties. Place a patty directly onto a tortilla until it sticks. Then place the taco burger beef side down on your grill. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Smash flat with a burger press or cast iron pan. Cook for 3 ½ minutes on one side.
Take the press off and flip the taco burger over. Cook for another 3 ½ minutes or until it reaches a safe temperature (140-145°F for medium). Top with a slice of cheese. Repeat the process for all burgers.
Top each burger with shredded lettuce, pickles, and onions. Spoon the sauce on top and serve!
