If you’re looking for a new way to incorporate leafy greens, avocado, and collagen peptides into your clean-eating routine, this smoothie might be just the ticket. Made with bananas, coconut milk, and frozen pineapple, this simple green smoothie bowl has all the fruity flavor you expect from a blended breakfast, with the added benefit of the vitamin C, iron, and other nutrients found in spinach.
Don’t worry, though—this smoothie bowl doesn’t taste like you’re munching on a salad. The sweet, acidic pineapple cuts through the green elements, with creamy avocado and banana for texture and the silky, tropical flavor of coconut milk to pull it all together. Blend this baby up after a workout, before you shuttle the kids to school, or between daily errands for a quick and refreshing pick-me-up.
