Ingredients

• 1 organic zucchini

  
  

• 6 Tsp. Grated Parmesan
  

• 1 full-fat low-moisture Mozzarella Stick
  

• Primal Kitchen Unsweetened Red Pizza Sauce

Directions

1. Grease a pan with a spritz of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil.

   
   

2. Place 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese onto a sheet pan, making one for every bite.
   

3. Slice nine zucchini coins, about 1/4 inch thick each.
   

4. Dollop half a teaspoon of PK Pizza Sauce onto zucchini, and spread evenly.
   

5. Place zucchini coins onto the parmesan
   

6. Slice coins out of mozzarella string cheese, and place 4 coins onto each pizza bite. You can also use shredded mozzarella.
   

7. Top with mini pepperoni or your choice of toppings.

   
   

8. Air fry at 375 for 6 minutes.

   
   

9. Use a spatula to remove and let cool completely before eating!
