Convenient and healthy
I love that there is only one ingredient in this spray oil. Avocado oil is high heat safe and this product is pure - it is my go to for pan/griddle cooking.

Coats perfectly
This is a perfect alternative to other cooking sprays. The spray itself is very fine but coats the pan perfectly. I also use it to spray on my meat before flipping during saute or before going into the oven.
