Ingredients

Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 20 chicken wings
- ½ cup melted butter

½ cup Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce

Directions
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly spritz it with spray avocado oil.
Place baking powder, flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt into a resealable plastic or silicon bag, and shake to mix. Add chicken wings, seal the bag, and toss until well coated with the flour mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
While the oven is preheating, whisk together melted butter and buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
Dip wings into the buffalo sauce mixture and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Flip wings and continue to cook until crispy on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 25 more minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve with a ramekin of Ranch Dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
