Ingredients
-

-
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
1 lb chicken tenders (about 6-8 tenders)
1 bag of pork rinds
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
-

Directions
Combine Buffalo sauce and mayo in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add raw chicken tenders and toss until evenly coated.
Crush pork rinds until they’re in small, fine pieces and dump onto a baking sheet. Add cayenne pepper and paprika, then mix.
Toss the chicken tenders in the pork rind mixture until each one is coated evenly on all sides.
Placed coated chicken tenders in the air fryer at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for another 6-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F or more. Continue in batches until all tenders are fully cooked.
