Air Fryer Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

If you’re vegetarian, vegan, or just all clucked out on chicken, you don’t have to miss out on a favorite appetizer. Our Primal take on veggie hot wings has all the classic Buffalo flavor you love without the ingredients you don't want.
These mouthwatering cauliflower “wings” are surprisingly simple to make in your air fryer but offer a taste touchdown thanks to our spicy, tangy, Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce. While we used the original in this recipe, you can also customize this recipe to your family's tastes with our Mild or Hot versions of this creamy sauce. Substitute crushed pork rinds for the panko bread crumbs to score extra points with a Paleo and keto-friendly dish the whole team will love.

Made with fresh cauliflower florets tossed in creamy, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce, these crispy "wings" are made in the air fryer for a satisfying snack without the grease. Try them on game day, for a nighttime snack, or as a side dish with grilled meats.

1 head cauliflower, florets only

2 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup gluten-free panko breading
Salt and pepper, to taste

3 Tablespoons Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce

1/3 cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dip

Directions
Wash and prep the cauliflower.
In a bowl, lightly coat florets with Primal Kitchen Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In a separate bowl, combine panko with garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
Cook in your air fryer at 390°F for 15 minutes, flipping every few minutes until crisp.
Drizzle generously with Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce and serve with Primal Kitchen Ranch Dip.
