Pop into a typical sandwich shop and the "veggie" sandwich is usually just the leftovers from other sandwiches—the BLT without the B or a turkey club minus everything that makes it a club. It's a bummer when you order a veggie sandwich only to get basic lettuce and tomato on bland slices of white bread. 

We flipped the script on the boring veggie sandwich by jazzing it up with two creamy, crave-worthy stars that make our sammy worth devouring: fresh avocado slices and dreamy mayo made with premium ingredients like avocado oil and Certified Humane® cage-free eggs. Topped with micro-greens and the eye-opening allium bite of red onion, this savory sandwich is as filling as it is delicious.
