Beef, chicken, and turkey burgers may be more common in America, but ground lamb burgers have a distinct flavor that marries beautifully with Mediterranean herbs and spices. We served our lamb burgers up on a Greek salad-inspired base with tangy feta cheese and a medley of vegetables and herbs, all topped with bold, creamy Tzatziki Dressing made with grass-fed dairy. If you prefer handheld version, these are equally delicious on your favorite bun.
