Our tasty twist on the popular warehouse store chicken bake lets you control what’s inside. With delicious flavor and no unwanted ingredients, it’s an elevated version of a family classic.
Ingredients
- 5 pieces of bacon
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked
- 3 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust

Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing
- 1-2 oz Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook the bacon in a pan until just crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Chop cooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Crumble bacon into small pieces.
- Place chicken and bacon in a small mixing bowl. Add shredded cheese and parsley. Toss to combine.
- Roll out pre-made pizza crust. Top with filling and 4 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the pizza dough, then bottom up and top down. Make sure all edges are well-sealed.
- Brush with more Caesar dressing, then top with grated Parmesan.
Bake for 16-20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice in half. Serve and enjoy!
