Whole30® White Chicken Chili with My Life Well Loved

Warm up and end your winter blues with a veggie and protein packed, Whole30®-Approved White Chicken Chili from MyLifeWellLoved.com.  Heather’s recipe is filled with classic flavors, tons of veggies, quality protein and does not disappoint.

Heather Brown is a healthy lifestyle blogger at MyLifeWellLoved.com.She is a Pure Barre teacher, mom to 16 month old Leyton (see below for cuteness overload), and wife for 8 years to Eric. They are college sweethearts from Samford University. Eric and Heather have always been active and loved a healthy lifestyle but didn’t fully know about why healthy eating was so important until a few years ago. They watched a documentary on the dangers of sugars and modified grains and decided to try Whole30. And, they even try to do a Whole30 each January to reset their systems and mindsets after the holidays.

Heather loves being involved in their church, pouring into relationships with those around her, and working out at Pure Barre, with Homefit Personal Training. She also loves chasing Leyton around the house. Heather is known for her infectious laugh and positive attitude. Which is one reason why her friends, family and online community rally around her blog and love seeing her outlook on life as a way to make THEIR lives a “Life Well Loved.” Birmingham, AL is home for this family and they’d love to invite you into their healthy lifestyle on Heather’s Instagram @MyLifeWellLoved.
