Primal Kitchen
Ingredients
1 lb split chicken wings
-
2 tsp Primal Kitchen Pure Avocado Oil
2 tsp baking powder (optional but recommended for crispiness)
-
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce + more for dipping
¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Pat wings very dry and place in a large bowl. Add avocado oil plus baking powder (if using) and toss well to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Transfer wings to air fryer basket or tray in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary. Cook wings for 10–12 minutes, flip, then cook 8–10 minutes more until internal temp reaches at least 165°F.
Transfer wings to a large, clean bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce. You want a light coating, not drenched.
Add the parmesan and toss again to coat. Alternately, you can place the parmesan in a shallow bowl and roll the wings in the cheese one at a time for a nice even coating.
Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with a side of Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce to dunk. Enjoy!
