Soft serve ice cream is always a treat, especially when it also contains collagen peptides! This homemade ice cream is creamy chocolate peppermint deliciousness in a bowl. Add toppings to create an irresistible chocolate ice cream sundae. (NOTE: We used a Ninja® CREAMi® Scoop & Swirl 13-in-1 Ice Cream and Soft Serve Maker. Adapt the instructions as needed for a different machine.)

Ingredients
½ can unsweetened coconut milk
½ can unsweetened coconut cream

3 scoops Primal Kitchen Chocolate Peppermint Collagen Drink Mix
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Optional: Additional sweetener to taste
2 mini candy canes, crushed
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in the cup of your Ninja Creami. A frother or immersion blender will help the powders mix into the liquid.
Freeze mixture for 24 hours, until completely frozen.
Remove from freezer and attach cup to machine according to the directions. Process using the Soft Serve feature. Optionally add toppings and enjoy immediately.
