Delicious as a Taco Tuesday night dinner, easy appetizer, or Cinco de Mayo snack! These air fryer street tacos with zesty Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce can be customized with a variety of toppings to suit your family's tastes.

Ingredients
Directions
Heat a skillet over high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Drain grease.
Add taco seasoning and 2 Tbsp. water. (Note: If using black beans, add them now). Simmer for a few minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat.
Wrap tortillas in a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
Fill each tortilla with about 2 Tbsp ground beef mixture, 1 tsp tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese. Fold in half to form a taco.
Spray the outside of the tortillas with Air Fryer Oil.
Add tacos to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400º F for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
Drizzle with Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce. Top with cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

If you prefer a flour tortilla but crave the crunch of a hard shell, try this simple air fryer tacos recipe. We filled ours with family-friendly standards (seasoned ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, and cheese), but you can easily swap in your own family's faves. Add shredded cabbage after cooking for some textural contrast, tuck in thin-sliced radishes and diced jalapeños for bite, or replace the beef with slow-cooker pork carnitas.
