AirFryer Sweet Potato Fries are supremely simple to make: with just three ingredients, this restaurant classic is ready to enjoy at home. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil is your AirFryer’s best friend: you can coat the cut sweet potato in a spritz of Avocado Oil Spray, or toss ‘em in a drizzle straight from the bottle. To Air fry sweet potato fries, make sure your AirFryer is set to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
1lb Sweet Potatoes, washed and peeled
Salt to taste

Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
Directions
Cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
Coat the fries in avocado oil with spray, or toss in avocado oil in a small bowl until each fry is covered.
Lightly season the fries with salt, and arrange in the AirFry basket.
AirFry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Flip the fries over, and fry for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with Ranch Dressing and enjoy!
