You'll love this flavorful twist on the classic chicken wing. Featuring the herbaceous flavor of Greek Dressing, these grilled chicken wings will liven up any appetizer platter. Or, serve them with a classic Greek salad for any easy, light meal. Don't forget a cup of Ranch for dunking!

Ingredients
1 dozen chicken wings or a mix of wings and drumettes
-
1 bottle Primal Kitchen Greek Vinaigrette & Marinade
2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese (omit for dairy-free)
Fresh parsley for garnish, leaves chopped
-
Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
To serve:
Directions
Place wings in a resealable bag. Pour in about half the bottle of Greek Vinaigrette. Seal and shake to coat. Place in the fridge and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
Heat a gas or charcoal grill to 425 degrees F. When hot, remove the wings from the bag and shake off any excess marinade. Carefully transfer the wings to the grill. Discard the remaining marinade.
Cook wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping every few minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Place the wings on a serving platter. Drizzle with additional Greek dressing, then sprinkle with feta and parsley.
Serve with a ramekin of Ranch Dressing. Dunk and enjoy!
