2 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Pure Avocado Oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ pounds ground chicken thigh meat
- 1½ cups Kettle & Fire Classic Chicken Bone Broth

1 8.5-oz bottle Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
1 4-oz can mild diced green chilis
- 1 15.5-oz can cannellini beans, drained

Fresh avocado, sliced or cubed
Shredded cheese
Sliced jalapeños, pickled or fresh
Limes, sliced into wedges
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Grain-free tortilla chips

Directions
In a stockpot, heat the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the onions. Sauté 3-4 minutes until just beginning to soften and become fragrant. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the ground chicken to the onion mixture and begin to break up the meat with a wooden spoon or meat chopper. Cook for 6-7 minutes until almost no pink remains, continuing to break up the meat as it cooks. We prefer to leave the meat a bit chunky.
Pour the bone broth and buffalo sauce into the pot, then add the chili powder, cumin, and green chilis. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once.
Remove the lid and stir in the beans. Simmer an additional 5 minutes without the lid.
Ladle into individual serving bowls and serve with whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
