Gluten-Free Italian Pasta Salad
Welcome to the familia Primal Kitchen® Italian Vinaigrette! In true traditional Italian fashion, the flavors in this gluten-free pasta salad simply pop. Savor every delicious bite of fresh basil, tomatoes, mixed greens and all the herbs and spices of our new Italian Vinaigrette!
Gluten-free Pasta Salad
Time: 30 min
- Banza chickpea penne pasta (8 oz box)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of Primal Kitchen Italian Vinaigrette
- Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Heat water to boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt.
- Stir in Banza penne chickpea pasta, and cook until soft and tender.
- Strain the pasta. Place in a serving bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, feta cheese, Primal Kitchen Italian Vinaigrette, and salt and pepper to taste.
