Ahh, that’s the life! Luckily, you don’t need a ticket for this mental vacay when you have our simple recipe for summer fruit sorbet. This easy-to-make frozen treat is prepped overnight with just four simple ingredients and then mixed in the Ninja CREAMi for scoop-shop-worthy sorbet that’s ready in minutes.
We used a blend of peaches and summer berries to make our version, but you can customize this recipe for your tastes and whatever fruits are in-season when you whip it up. Start with a simple base of maple syrup and our scrumptious Vanilla Coconut Collagen. Toss in blueberries and blackberries for a vibrant violet sorbet with antioxidant power, stick with a classic cherry sorbet, or transport your taste buds to tropical isles with a Hawaiian-inspired POG (pineapple, orange, and guava) sorbet. Made in the Ninja CREAMi, this dairy-free sorbet recipe can be made with any fresh or frozen fruit and our Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen. Just choose your favorite fruit sorbet ingredients, blend, freeze overnight and churn this easy Ninja CREAMi recipe until soft and creamy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of seasonal fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1 fresh banana
- Maple syrup, to taste

1 scoop Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel®
Directions
Add 2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit and a scoop of Vanilla Coconut Collagen to your blender. Pour in maple syrup a little at a time until the mixture reaches your desired sweetness. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi container and add a fresh banana, sliced into quarters. Freeze for 24 hours.
- Place the container in your Ninja CREAMi machine and blend on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting until soft and creamy. Enjoy!
