The button on my ketchup cap is popped up. What should I do?

Some of our ketchup bottles have a tamper-proof freshness button on the lid that pops up when the bottle is opened. If the button is already popped up before opening, it indicates that the seal has been compromised and the ketchup should not be consumed. If this happens, please return the product to the retailer, or contact our customer service at 888-774-6259 or email info@primalkitchen.com.

Does Primal Kitchen Ketchup contain added sugar?

Our ketchup is made with organic California-grown tomatoes — no cane sugar, corn syrup, or artificial sweeteners. The Tad Sweet Ketchup also contains honey for an extra touch of sweetness that kids and families love.

How long does Primal Kitchen Ketchup last?

Our condiments have a Best If Used By date printed on the bottle. Please refrigerate after opening and enjoy. Refrigerated condiments are best enjoyed within 4-6 weeks after opening.

Does the ketchup need to be refrigerated?

Yes, after opening. Since we use real ingredients, refrigeration keeps them fresh.
