If there's an "it" drink for fancy brunches, it's the Bloody Mary. A quintessential breakfast beverage, this refreshing tomato-based drink has been a staple of AM menus since the Roaring Twenties. For those who love the spicy, savory, sassy taste but prefer not to imbibe, the Bloody Mary Mocktail (aka the Virgin Mary) is a delicious alternative.
A typical Virgin Bloody Mary contains tomato juice, Worcestershire, and spices, garnished with a celery stick. Our briny, savory, slightly sweet take on the brunch classic includes most of the basics, with one delicious difference: a creamy cayenne kick from our no-dairy Original Buffalo Sauce and Hot Buffalo Sauce that marries seamlessly with the clean taste of the veggies. Serve up this magnificent mocktail at breakfast, brunch, or as an upscale companion to your game-day platter of wings and fries.

For a dose of extra sauciness, garnish your Bloody Mary mocktail with a cooked Buffalo wing!
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Hot Buffalo Sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp horseradish
2 lemon wedges, juiced
- 4 oz tomato juice
- Ice

Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
- Cajun seasoning (or other hot spice blend)

Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce, to taste
- Buffalo chicken wing
1 stalk of celery
Olives
For optional garnish:
Directions
Pour Primal Kitchen Hot Buffalo Sauce into a glass. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce. Add horseradish and lemon juice.
- Add tomato juice. Fill with ice. Stir.
Coat the rim of a clean, tall glass with avocado oil, extending slightly over the sides.
- Dip in hot seasoning mix until rim is coated.
- Pour the tomato juice mix, including ice, into the clean glass.
- Top with Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce.
Garnish with celery stalk and/or chicken wing and olives on a skewer, if desired.
