good substitute for Alfredo dairy sauce
has a thick consistency and good flavor. not the same as the dairy but it does work when you are vegan.

reasonable substitute for the traditional saue
my only problem is the lack of presence in stores in the East Tennessee area.
A few other Primal products are available but the alfredo sauce was stocked in only one
store I could find. I finally ordered online.
