A little bit of cocoa goes a long way to soothe your spirit and awaken your palate with sweet chocolatey goodness.
This easy Ninja CREAMi chocolate ice cream recipe is made with Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel® so you can get that rich taste you love with hair, skin, and nail support to boot. It’s the perfect way to mix up your daily smoothie routine or to cool your body and please your palate on a sticky-hot summer day. To make this ice cream recipe dairy-free, simply swap out the whole milk with your favorite plant-based alternative such as oat milk or coconut milk.

Made with our Chocolate Coconut Collagen, milk, cocoa, and a touch of maple syrup for sweetness, this collagen ice cream is prepped in the Ninja CREAMi for a rich taste and dreamy texture that can’t be beat. Scoop it in a bowl, top a waffle cone, or just spoon it straight from the container!

Directions
In a blender, combine the organic milk, Primal Kitchen® Chocolate Collagen Fuel, cocoa, and maple syrup. Blend the ingredients until well-mixed.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja CREAMi container up to the fill line. Freeze the container overnight.
The next day, blend the mixture in the Ninja CREAMi on soft serve mode for 4 minutes.
- Taste test the consistency. If it's not creamy enough, add a splash of milk and blend again. Enjoy!
