Vegan Mayo

It is taking me a while to get used to vegan mayo; living in the South there is a certain brand that has a great deal of loyalty. This was better than the others I have tried; good flavor and an even better texture. I used it for mock chicken salad, and it did the job. Very tasty.

Vegan Mayo

Not a mayo fan, but this went great in a pasta salad. Love the mellow flavor and that no "bad oils" are used - great healthy fats from the avocado oil. Also love that it's dairy free/vegan because that aligns with my preferences.

Vegan Mayo

Primal kitchens vegan Mayo was pretty darn good. It tastes great there's no weird flavoring or anything else because it's a vegan it tastes just like I hope Mayo would. Definitely I'm going to be buying again in the future.

Vegan Mayo

This mayo tastes pretty good for a vegan product, but you can tell it’s not “real” mayo. That may be a pro for some folks! It just depends on your preference. I noticed that it begins to separate if it warms up at all, so be sure to keep refrigerated. You can use this for anything you’d use mayo for, from pasta salads to sandwiches.

Vegan Mayo

A smooth, creamy mayo. Made with organic eggs from free-range chickens. The consistency is great, and although it doesn't taste like real mayo that much, it fills the same purpose and works great as a substitute.

We chose avocado oil for its fat composition, including monounsaturated fat, and as a better alternative to industrial seed oils. 

What is the vital fat composition of avocado oil?

Typically, the avocado oil consists of 71% monounsaturated fatty acid, 13% polyunsaturated fatty acids, and 16% saturated fatty acids. 

Is your vinegar derived from corn?

No. We use vinegar derived from non-grain sources.

What guarantee do you offer?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or have a less than satisfactory experience, please contact our customer service specialists within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

Why did my Mayo separate?

Our mayo is made with real food ingredients that don't contain any artificial preservatives or thickeners. The emulsification may break and the product will separate as a result of temperature fluctuations, usually during the colder months. We recommend not consuming this product if that occurs. Please contact customer service at 888-774-6259 or email and we will be happy to get you taken care of!

Does it have to be refrigerated?

Yes, the vegan mayo must be stored refrigerated at all times. Do not freeze, emulsion can break and can separate once thawed. Refrigeration maintains the stability of the emulsion over the shelf life.

How long does Primal Kitchen Vegan Mayo last?

Primal Kitchen Vegan Mayo is best used before the Best By date labeled on the jar lid.
