healthy choice
I like the taste of course, but I really appreciate that it is organic and doesn't have any sweetner. No sugar, no stevia, no honey. It's a healthier option for me and I use it frequently. My doctor has sugggested that I should watch my carbs and lower my blood sugar. Avocado oil is also a healthier choice for me.

Nice condiment
I've used this twice now. Once with a salmon cake and once with a crab cake. It was a nice accompanyment to both of them. Maybe a little oily. I enjoyed the flavor.

Do Primal Kitchen condiments need to be refrigerated?
They can stay in your pantry until opened. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
Why did my Mayo separate?
Our mayo is made with real food ingredients that don't contain any artificial preservatives or thickeners. The emulsification may break and the product will separate as a result of temperature fluctuations, usually during the colder months. We recommend not consuming this product if that occurs. Is your vinegar derived from corn?
No. We use vinegar derived from non-grain sources.
