Please refer to the cooking instructions located on the package for a helpful how-to. (Don’t worry, it’s still a heck of a lot easier than homemade!) Instructions can be found on the side panel to the left of the primary display panel (for both bowls and skillets).
The bowl the meals come in are made from sugar cane fiber. We are still working towards certification for compostable on the bowl and hope to have an update shortly! The parchment paper lid that seals in the meal is not recyclable or compostable, but the entire carton is recyclable!
